WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty applies to the components manufactured by KrystalKlor®, Inc.

The tank is warranted to be free of defects at the time of purchase and will be replaced if it fails at the location where originally installed as a result of such defects within three (3) years. The tank is warranted for a period of ten (10) years on a pro-rata basis. Should a defect occur after three (3) years from the date of purchase which, in the manufacturer’s opinion, requires replacement, the tank will be replaced. Charges to the owner will be determined on a pro-rata basis. The power supply is warranted to be free from defect for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. Manufacture offers a 30-day money back guarantee, providing the tank has not been tampered with.

This Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

1) It does not apply to components manufactured by others. For such products, the warranty established by the respective manufacturers will apply.
2) It extends to the consumer who made the original purchase only and is non-transferable.
3) It does not cover failure of service due to acts beyond either party’s control (force majeure), improper operation, improper environment, fire, wreckage, freezing, willful abuse or consequential damages.
4) Some legal rights may vary from state to state; some of these conditions may not apply in certain states.
5) Original owner may not sell or transfer any interest it has in this agreement without manufacturer’s written consent.
